Wiley is a sweet and well-mannered dog. She was surrendered to the shelter at no fault of her own. Her loving and sweet demeanor allow her to do well with other dogs. She has yet to be tested with cats. She has a lot of energy, so she will need an active family who is willing to train her and give her structure.
