AvailableGremlin is a five-year-old, large American Bully in Arlee, MT. He has been neutered and is house trained. Gremlin does not get along with cats, but he enjoys the company of other dogs. He comes vaccinated and completed treatment for heartworm, now kept up on monthly preventatives. His best environment is with someone home most of the time, and heās looking for a steady, affectionate companion to fit his laid-back lifestyle.
About Gremlin
Gremlin has fully mastered the art of lounging. At five years old, this 65-pound American Bully will take over any couch, lap, or pillow you offerāsupervising naps is his specialty, either belly-up or making sure you never feel alone. Heās deeply bonded to his person and believes that every seat is an invitation to cuddle. House and crate trained, Gremlin gets along well with other dogs, but absolutely no cats. Heāll greet car rides and walk time with excitement, and thinks that chewing up a toy is more interesting than playing fetch. When itās time for snacks or treats, enthusiasm sometimes wins over mannersāgentle treat-taking will need a little work. Around loud appliances like vacuums, Gremlin prefers the quiet of his crate, and he doesnāt care for cats. He can get a bit jumpy and mouthy when excited, so a home without small children is ideal. Gremlin is known to climb a 4ā fence, so a solid 6ā wooden fence or always supervised outdoor time is necessary. Toys donāt last long, but his devotion is forever. After surviving a tough, confined life and abuse, consistency and company from a person who is home often helps him feel safe. His early days out of the shelter included strong separation anxiety, but now he crates willingly and usually waits quietly for your return. Medical note: Gremlin has completed heartworm treatment and is on monthly preventative.
