Lady is a sweet girl with a frosty muzzle but a warm heart, and the volunteers lovingly call her their "sugar face." She is well behaved, easy to handle, and has excellent manners, enjoying the finer things in life like short walks, long naps, and tasty treats. Gentle and calm by nature, she is also smart and knows Sit, Paw, and Down, and she can even catch treats midair.
