He is currently living with a foster family and other dogs, but may thrive best as a solo dog, where he can soak up one-on-one attention and build a strong bond with his person. Danny would love to be someone's loyal sidekick. Danny enjoys his stuffies and chews, hikes, and playtime, and is especially happy any time he is in the great outdoors. He is affectionate, loving, and eager to give his whole heart to the right home. He is currently working on feeling more confident when separated from his people, and this continues to improve as he settles into routines and builds trust. He does well on a leash, is comfortable in a crate, and responds well to structure and consistency. With time, patience, and love, this guy will make a loyal and devoted companion. Danny has many years ahead of him and is looking for a family who will offer him stability, affection, and the attention he deserves.
