Meet Sparky (the boy) — our little miracle pup from the National Lampoon’s litter. 🐾✨ DOB: 11/30 I don’t usually get super emotional in adoption posts… but Sparky is different. There was a point where I truly didn’t know if he was going to make it. He was so weak, so fragile, and I was terrified of losing him. I carried him everywhere. I syringe-fed him. I laid with him for warmth and comfort. I did everything I possibly could — including giving sub-Q fluids — and I watched him minute by minute, praying he’d keep fighting. And he did. Sparky is alive, healthy, and thriving now… and I’m not ashamed to say he has a very special place in my heart. He’s my “favorite” in the way only a foster can understand — the one you poured everything into, the one who reminded you why you do rescue in the first place. Now this little fighter is ready for the best next chapter: a forever family who will adore him as much as I do.
