About Nancy Wheeler
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Nancy Wheeler, affectionately known as Fancy Nancy, is your soon-to-be Professional Snuggle Consultant! Nancy is a large, smart, and sensitive mixed breed who dreams of being the loyal companion to someone special. While she can be a bit shy at first, especially around men, she truly shines when she feels safe, transforming into a world-class cuddler and loving shadow. Nancy’s clever personality comes with some unique and entertaining quirks. Standard dog toys aren’t really her thing—she prefers shredding cardboard and gently "borrowing" your shoes, not to chew, but just to keep them close! She’s quick to learn and amazed her foster by mastering a three-floor walk-up in just a couple of days. She’s eager to keep learning, especially if there are snacks involved! Nancy would blossom best in a tranquil neighborhood with less hustle and bustle. Patient guidance during leash walks and the last stages of potty training, paired with lots of tasty treats and gentle encouragement, will help her confidence grow. Once you’re in her circle of trust, Nancy is the ultimate companion—spending her nights by your side and bringing plenty of affection to your daily life. Fancy Nancy is simply waiting for someone to give her the perfect pal life she deserves. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
