About Lillie

Make their next chapter their best one yet. Lillie is a senior Rottweiler who showed incredible resilience after being found alone and scavenging through a Phoenix neighborhood for nearly six months. Thankfully, a compassionate bystander rescued her from a desperate situation, and after a rocky journey through local shelters, she is now recovering from major surgery and healing in a loving foster home. At around 10 years old, Lillie continues to show gratitude for every kindness and delights in the warmth and security of her foster environment. She is both crate trained and potty trained, with a gentle and sweet nature that captures the hearts of everyone she meets. Lillie faces some ongoing special needs—she has a mild hip issue and is recovering from a recent tumor removal. While her medical future is uncertain, what is certain is her desire for comfort, love, and the chance to finally be part of a caring family. If your heart is open to offering a forever home to a truly special senior, Lillie’s adoption fee is fully waived. Instead, her rescue kindly invites a donation in any amount you feel is fair to support the continued care of Lillie and other deserving dogs. Please be aware that home checks and adoption processes are in place to ensure the best fit for each dog, and adoptions are generally local unless it’s a perfect match.
