About Dolce

Start your journey together! Apply now. Dolce is a beautiful young female rottweiler (likely between 1-3 years old) who is currently living with a professional dog trainer and making wonderful progress on her confidence and manners. Initially undersocialized, Dolce has blossomed under expert care and now knows basic commands, is leash trained, and fully e-collar trained. She loves outdoor adventures such as hiking, has great recall, and enjoys fun play sessions with balls and tug toys. Dolce is house trained, crate calm, and is learning to enjoy new experiences, having already aced trips like visits to Tractor Supply. Dolce’s ideal adopter will be committed to structure, consistency, and ongoing partnership with her trainers to maintain her progress and confidence. Her new owner will receive a personalized training session to learn her routines and how to best support Dolce. Dolce does best meeting new humans at her own pace and thrives with adults only—her first interaction with her adopters will be hands-off until Dolce is comfortable. Her relationships with other dogs are complex: she can coexist and enjoy walks with calm, neutral male dogs, but she’s not a suitable playmate for most dogs and requires careful introductions. She continues to learn what it means to be a dog and, with time and patience, could safely share a home with the right canine companion. Dolce would thrive in an adult-only home filled with structure and gentle guidance. She will need a patient adopter dedicated to maintaining her learned routines—crate time, place training, and structured walks are essential to her happiness. She is energetic, sweet, funny, and a joy to watch during her moments of goofy play. While she’ll be a rewarding project, Dolce is not an immediate fit for homes seeking a typical social or playful dog, but for the right person, she promises transformation and deep companionship. Adoptions are typically local, but exceptions for applicants in Las Vegas are sometimes made. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
