About Phil

Phil is quite the character—chatty, good-natured, and always eager for attention. He’ll nudge you for head pets and make himself comfortable nearby, even if he doesn’t quite settle on your lap. Phil thrives on companionship and often shadows your activities, making him an entertaining and engaged housemate. He mingles well with other cats in the home and doesn’t shy away from making friends. After healing from a broken pelvis and successful FHO hip surgery, Phil manages a slight limp, but that minor hitch never slows him down—he's always ready for affection. While he isn’t a lap cat, he really values closeness and companionship, often positioning himself at your side. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
