Luke
AvailableLuke is a medium-sized, adult, brindle and white/cream American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a short coat. He is a neutered male, house trained, and current on vaccinations. Luke is currently at Hootie's Rescue Haven, looking for an experienced home where he can be the only pet.
About Luke
This could be the start of something paw-some. Luke is bursting with happiness and can't wait to greet you, sometimes forgetting he shouldn't jump up for face kisses! He's an active and intelligent medium-sized American Staffordshire Terrier mix who thrives with structure and guidance. Luke is currently working on his manners with a professional trainer so he can be the best companion possible. Because he prefers to be the star of the show, Luke will need to be the only dog in his new home. He's not a match for cats either. However, once he connects with you, his affectionate, sweet nature shines through, and he is eager for the chance to be someone’s loyal companion. Luke came from a tough start but, with care and training, he's become healthy and ready for a fresh start in a loving home. If you’re an experienced dog owner looking for a bright, playful canine with lots of love to give, he just might be your perfect fit. As a fun fact, being born on August 25 makes him a Virgo—known for their intelligence and loyalty, much like him! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
