I'm Boscoe, a goofy Boxer mix with a big heart and a clumsy streak to match. I'm PLAYFUL, a little afraid of the dark--imagine that! My foster mom leaves a night light on for me. My love language (I promise) is nibbling or fleaing you when its cuddle time. You might notice a long scar down my back-whatever happened to me before wasn't kind. It could've been something so hot it peeled my skin, or maybe chemicals. Either way I'm healing beautifully now thanks to my amazing foster mom, and I know deep down that I HAVE BEEN SAVED. Boscoe is extremely LOYAL and BRAVE and he warms up fast with just a few kind words. Please remember, his past humans hurt him. so patience and gentleness mean the world to him. Once he trusts you, he's all in--AFFECTIONATE, DEVOTED and ready to be your shadow. He loves to lay sprawled out to keep his tummy cool! Boscoe loves BELLY RUBS, loves rolling in the grass, PLAYING with anything and CUDDLING once playtime is over. He is crate trained and house trained, good on leash once he gets his initial wiggles out!! He will politely bark in his crate when he has to potty. He gets along with the other dogs in the home except for one of the foster's old grump and we all have old grumps in our lives! A home with no cats please. He loves 2 year old in the foster home, but doesn't quite know how to be gentle yet so older children would be better. Boscoe is the kind of dog who BONDS DEEPLY, LOVES FIERCELY, and will STAND BY HIS PEOPLE no matter what.
