Igor is a striking Beagle/Foxhound mix with the most unforgettable eyes—one bright blue and one deep brown—giving him a truly unique look! He was rescued from a rural animal control just in time, and he’s been showing everyone how thankful he is of his second chance. Igor absolutely loves people and other dogs, and his friendly, happy personality makes him a joy to be around. He even has the cutest little smile that melts hearts instantly.
