Meet Gurt! Gurt is an energetic, cuddly puppy with a big personality and an even bigger love for playtime. He adores toys, especially tug-of-war, loves romping around with other dogs, and enjoys spending time outdoors. After burning off his puppy energy, he’s happy to crash for a well-earned nap. This smart, highly trainable boy already knows how to “sit,” understands “potty,” and gets very excited when he hears “are you hungry.” He’s still working on recall (he comes fast if treats are involved!) and just needs continued guidance as he grows. Gurt does great with other dogs and makes friends quickly with both puppies and older dogs. He is also wonderful with cats—he does not chase them and companions well alongside them. With kids, he’s playful, gentle, and a total attention-lover who happily accepts snuggles and handling. Bottle-fed as a baby, Gurt is extremely affectionate, loves being held, and has no food aggression. He is crate trained, sleeps through the night without accidents, and is both pad and house trained, choosing outside when given timely potty breaks.
