About Gromit

Gromit is a playful, spirited dog who always keeps things lively. He doesn't seem to mind other dogs and has a friendly, social style. At about a year and a half old, Gromit is reliably housebroken and settles comfortably in a crate for short stretches. He's best suited to an adult home or with older children, ages 14 and up, as he can be a bit too much for the younger crowd. Gromit has all the talkative charm of a husky—expect plenty of "woo woos" and running commentary from this guy. His coat is wirey, and there's a good chance he's mixed with either a terrier or maybe a curly-coated dog like a poodle. That wiry fur shows up when a breed like poodle mixes with a short-coated dog, so his exact ancestry is an interesting blend. Gromit offers plenty of personality and loves to communicate, making him a fun companion for the right person or family. Click apply to start the adoption process.
