Meet Keiser Keiser is a 14-pound, wire-haired terrier with a gentle soul who's learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. This sweet boy needs to know that you're not going to hurt him — once he feels secure, his playful and affectionate side truly shines. Keiser loves other nice, friendly dogs and does best with older kids who have calm, respectful manners. He's a cuddler at heart and is happiest snuggled up close to his person after a little playtime. Neutered, small, full of quiet charm, and is hoping for a patient, kind home where he can continue building confidence and trust. Keiser came from an over crouded Rescue which Hoof and Paw has agreed to assist. Keizer was originally owner surrendered in Southern California, went into a shelter (where he was so freaked out and scared in this new and unerving enviroment he nipped at the groomer) before being transfered to a rescue in Salt Lake County, then to Hoof and Paw.
