Flary, the orange tortie, and Ashy, the gray girlie, are a pair of 7-year-old ladies who are looking for their forever home together. Despite their ages, we know they have so much life to live, and we want them to have the opportunity to spend that time in a home that is going to give them all of the love they could ever ask for. Flary is an outgoing girl who will come up to the doors of her cage, begging for love. She is a big fan of head pets and will return them with big nudges to let you know she is happy. She does prefer that you keep the pets to her head and will let you know with gentle meows that she is uncomfortable, but she’s never mean and always lovely. She has the prettiest orange coat and most precious face. She will reach out of her cage for her people and is ready to jump out so she can join you in all of your adventures. We hope she gets her chance very soon to have a home to roam in that is all her own. Ashy is as wonderful as her buddy, Flary. She accepts all of the belly rubs you can give her. She will roll around to let you know she is happy and to let you know she is comfortable with you. Ashy enjoys lounging on her shelf and playing with toys. She is a gentle girl who just wants to spend time with her people but who is also good at relaxing on her own. She is content relaxing and watching the days at the shelter go and isn’t fazed by the action happening around her. Flary and Ashy were sadly given up when their owner could no longer care for them. We are sad that they are in a place they don’t know and have to face the uncertainty of not knowing when they’ll be in a home again, but we know their perfect fit is out there and ready to take them home soon.
