About Growler

Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Growler, a sweet and handsome boy on the lookout for a truly special home. He’s a hilarious, affectionate cat and loves being a snuggler—sometimes even letting his foster parent cradle him like a baby! However, Growler can get overstimulated when playing, which sometimes makes him play a little too rough and results in occasional nipping. Since starting on kitty Prozac, he’s been noticeably calmer and more relaxed. Growler is filled with love and energy; he thrives in thoughtful environments with people who fully understand his unique behaviors and are committed to helping him become his best self. Due to his tendency to play hard, a home without children would suit him best, and he’d do well with another cat who matches his play style and is confident enough to handle rough play. Growler just needs the right environment and person—or feline companion—to help him truly thrive and enjoy a happy, healthy life. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
