Hubert is a ham of a boy who really thinks he might be friendly but he chickens out. If you enter the room and call out "Whoo-bare!" He'll meow and walk up to you and sniff your hand. He's extremely close to wanting to wrap around your legs, and he'll be an absolute sweetheart once he comes around the corner. He gets along with every cat he meets and doesn't have a single complaint in the world! He might be one of his foster's favorites.
