About Maverick
Maverick comes from tough beginnings, arriving with his brother JackJack after a neglect case in Arizona. Now neutered and healthy at 15 pounds up from intake, Maverick is ready for a new start. He’s spent most of his life as a yard dog and hasn’t really experienced indoor living, but he’s managed not to have any accidents inside. Maverick is fairly high energy but melts quickly for cuddles and scratches. He’s between 5 and 7 years old. Maverick and JackJack can be adopted separately, though they’d be thrilled to stay together if possible. Both would fit right in as ranch or country dogs, where plenty of room and activity are the norm. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
