About Henry
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Henry is a charming Beagle/Irish Setter mix, around 2 ½ years old, who found his way to rescue after a family could no longer care for him. He's spent time in a professional training program and the results are impressive—Henry is described as extremely well trained and picks up commands quickly. He walks beautifully on leash, is house trained and crate trained, and has solid basic obedience skills. Additionally, he has received advanced service and therapy dog training, including tasks like Block, Cover, and Deep Pressure Therapy. Henry thrives on human connection and is happiest as an only dog, although he gets along with other dogs during training sessions. His affectionate nature and intelligence make him a wonderful companion for an attentive adopter. While he hasn’t lived with cats yet, he does well in structured environments. We ask future adopters to reach out by email if interested, and remember to include your location and contact number in your inquiry. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
