Meet Petunia Pig! Petunia Pig is a Pittie mix estimated to be around 4 years old and weighs approximately 57 pounds. She is a sweet, outgoing, and friendly girl who seems to love everyone she meets. Petunia enjoys soaking up affection from her human friends and is always happy to head out for a walk to the play yard. She especially loves playing with her stuffy toys and proudly shows off her playful side during outdoor time. With her happy-go-lucky personality, Petunia brings joy wherever she goes. She walks well on a leash and is the perfect balance of fun and relaxed. She can be playful and energetic when it’s time to be active, but she is more than happy to settle in as a cuddly couch potato once the day winds down. Petunia came to us with a skin condition, and she is under the care of our veterinarian as it continues to be evaluated and monitored. She would do well with children aged 5 and older. Petunia Pig has the potential to live with another dog, ideally one that is more submissive and respectful, as she can display dominant tendencies with other dogs. A meet and greet at the shelter would be arranged with any resident dogs to make sure it is a good fit. No kitty friends for Petunia, please! Petunia is currently in our foster-to-adopt program while she awaits her upcoming spay surgery!
