About Travis

Meet Travis! After arriving as a stray, Travis was very timid and kept to himself, clearly shaped by a tough start. Over time, he's learned to trust the volunteers and now enjoys being walked by many different hands. Squeaky balls and chew bones are his favorite things, and he always keeps his kennel tidy. He's great on leash and shows real promise with those patient enough to get to know him. Travis needs to be the only pet in the home, as he isn't comfortable with other animals. He’s also timid around children, so a household without kids is best. New people can make him nervous, so expect to invest a few meetings, but he’s worth every minute of your time. Estimated to be about 2 years old, Travis is looking for a quiet, understanding home to finally call his own. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
