Meet Val/Valentino! A man of many names, and a huge heart! ❤️ Val came from a severe multi-dog hoarding incident in OKC, where him and more than 12 others were taken to be given better lives. He was extremely traumatized and couldn’t be touched, talked to, or even looked at without making him fearful. Despite all he’s been through, he proven to be extremely resilient 💪 With hard work from a couple trainers and animal behavioralists (myself included), Val has come out of his shell and LOVES to get pets from those he trusts. 🏡 Val is house and kennel trained! 🐶 Val does amazing with other dogs, and they really boost his confidence! It’s preferred he gets to have a furry brother/sister 🐱 Val does great with cats 👧 Much older, patient, kids are needed for Val. He’s still learning how to communicate with humans, so those who can understand him well are a must. If you’re interested in Val, we ask that you come meet him where he’s comfortable first (foster) and spend a few meet-ups with him to see how you’re family and him best fit! This would also be an opportunity for him to meet his potential fur sibling after a meet up or two. Please give this sweet boy a chance in your loving home, he more than deserves it🥹🐾
