About Lucky
Lucky landed in rescue after his elderly owners could no longer care for him, though he was clearly cherished and looked after. At five years old, Lucky needs some help building his confidence and learning better social skills—obedience classes would be a good investment. He gravitates toward being a homebody, but enjoys running and chasing a ball, so a fenced yard is essential. Lucky has lived as an only dog but does get along well with other dogs. His feelings about cats are an open question. He needs to work off a few pounds and is making progress on that front. References and a home visit are part of his adoption requirements. With a little extra care and structure, he’s going to be a fantastic companion. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
