I can’t believe DJ hasn’t found his family 💔 DJ came to us at just 5–6 months old after being hit by a car. His injuries were severe and required amputation, but today he’s a happy, resilient tripod who doesn’t let it slow him down. DJ does well with cats and other dogs, though he can be a bit apprehensive when meeting new ones and needs gentle guidance. Because of his past, vehicles and new situations can be scary, so he’s looking for a patient, understanding family willing to help him continue building confidence. He is potty trained, crate trained, and incredibly sweet. DJ can be nervous on leash, but with time and consistency he continues to improve. Please don’t apply if patience isn’t a virtue.
