About Jill
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Jill is a total peach at home—house trained, wonderfully relaxed, and happiest curled up on the couch or basking in a sunny spot. She has a calm and easygoing indoor nature, savoring the simple comforts of home life. When out and about, Jill adores meeting new people, greeting everyone with a bright smile, happy tail wags, and her signature gentle lean-in hugs (she’s always up for belly rubs!). She’s a great car companion, loves squeaky toys, and already knows her basic cues like sit, down, and paw. With her treat motivation, she’s eager to continue learning alongside her people. Though strong on leash, Jill is progressing with practice and will benefit from continued positive guidance. She has shared her home with other dogs in the past but prefers to be the sole pet; slow introductions help her feel more at ease, and she truly shines when she can relax as the only dog. Recently featured on Boston25’s Furever Friday, Jill charmed everyone she met with her big heart and personality. If you’re looking for a loyal friend who enjoys both adventure and lounging in the sun, Jill is ready to become a cherished member of your family. As a special bonus, her adoption comes with a post-adoption training scholarship generously provided by A&S Pet Care. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
