Eve is a 3-year-old Pit mix who weighs around 55 pounds and has quietly captured our hearts during her time here. She has done well with other dogs, gets along wonderfully with cats, and walks nicely on a leash. She loves playing with toys and having fun! Eve is a very nervous and timid girl, especially around new people. She takes her time getting comfortable, and she needs someone who understands that trust doesn’t come easily for every dog. But once she feels safe, her whole personality begins to bloom. She becomes affectionate, gentle, and so eager to be close to the people she trusts. Eve loves giving soft hugs, leaning in, and snuggling up — it’s her way of showing how deeply she bonds once she lets someone into her heart. All she wants is to feel safe, understood, and loved.
