A little dog from Eastern Washington who escaped and fell into a canal. He was quite matted and dirty when rescued. His owners neglected him.and had him living outside exposed to the elements and underfed. We will welcome Louie to Juno's Den and the good news is he has landed an amazing foster home already! He's 3 years old, about 15 pounds, and sweet as can be - people-friendly, dog-friendly, and so deserving of a fresh start.
