About Zelda
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Zelda truly knows what it means to get a second chance. Before arriving at the shelter, she survived unimaginable hardships, using up nearly all of her nine lives while facing mistreatment and life on the streets. When she first appeared, she was frightened, covered in fleas, dirt, and battling ringworm—too scared to do anything but hiss and try to escape. Despite her rough start, caring hands didn’t give up on her. With gentle treatments, nourishing food, and kindness, Zelda’s hostility melted away along with her ailments. After a few baths, medications, supplements, and plenty of warmth, Zelda received a clean bill of health from the vet. Vaccinated, combo-tested, and treated for parasites, she transformed before everyone’s eyes into a stunning beauty—displaying traits of a lovely Bombay with hints of Havana brown. Her confidence blossomed as she realized she was safe, and she became so incredibly loving, affectionate, and grateful for her second chance. Zelda is now full of joy and ready for a forever home that’s brimming with love and happiness. She is longing for her happily ever after and can’t wait to share all the love in her big heart.
