About Rascal

Rascal is a four-year-old Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix who narrowly escaped euthanasia and is looking for a truly dedicated home. She weighs about 41 pounds and has a sweet side that shows when she gets the attention she loves. Rascal can be selective with other dogs but generally ignores cats. Because of her high energy and tendency to jump, she’s best with older kids who won’t get knocked down. She’s house and crate trained, but leash manners need more work. An active, experienced adopter with a securely fenced yard is essential—Rascal thrives on movement, routine, and clear guidance. She’s up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed. Rascal’s a rewarding companion for someone who’s ready to put in the effort and provide a stable, energetic household. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
