In October of 2025, Dory was struck by a vehicle which resulted in both of her hind limbs being broken. Like the true fighter she is, Dory has made a full recovery. The only lasting effects she has from the accident are a slightly wonky walk, because her left leg is shorter than her right, and the increased chance for arthritis to develop later in life. Dory would thrive in a home where she can be cherished and included as part of the family. In return, Dory will give you pure affection, gentle friendship, and a heart full of love.
