About Luna
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Luna! Luna is a young, short-coated Australian Cattle Dog/Pit Bull Terrier mix, currently about 35-40 lbs and nearly full grown. Despite a tough start in life with little human interaction and scarce food, Luna has blossomed into a smart, spunky, and loving girl. At first, she may be timid around people and needs a bit of time to warm up, but she is fearless with other dogs and unfazed by loud noises or vacuums. Luna truly comes alive in the company of other dogs, showing off her playful and happy spirit. She thrives in the presence of canine friends and would do best in a home with another dog to help her blossom and provide companionship. A fenced-in yard is a must—Luna adores being outside and will enjoy exploring a secure, open space. She might also do well with respectful children who understand her need for gentle interactions. Luna has been spayed, is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed. Fun fact: With a May 9th birthday, Luna is a Taurus—known for loyalty and steady affection! If you’re searching for a bright, athletic companion with a gentle soul, Luna may be the perfect fit. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
