About Brady
Brady is a Shepherd/Boxer mix with an eager heart and an old soul. Before landing at the rescue in Sebastian, FL, he lived through tough times at another shelter, where long hours indoors tested his patience and his house training. He always tried to do the right thing—he’s wired to please and overthinks how best to make people happy. Even in stressful moments, Brady’s spirits lifted any time volunteers came by for a walk or an outing to the park, where he soaked up fresh air and picked his own toys. In playgroups, he avoided the chaos but joined in the fun on his own terms, always friendly and easygoing with both men and women. Brady’s first home wasn’t gentle, so he now values anyone who treats him with patience. New people get his full optimism—if you root for him, he’ll see the best in you, too. Recently, he tried home life again and proved he’s loving and loyal but showed he’s a bit too interested in chasing cats, so he’ll need a cat-free home. Because he can get mouthing when excited, kids in his new home should be about 8 or older and comfortable around playful dogs. Brady’s just looking for someone who matches his kindness and can offer structure and warmth. If you give him a chance, you’re likely to fall for him quick. Ready to meet your new best friend?
