About Fumble

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Fumble is a sweet and loving cat who found herself at animal control after her owner passed away. She brings all of the calico charm and just a hint of sass. Fumble's affectionate nature and beautiful appearance quickly caught the eye of a potential adopter, but after experiencing a few seizures at the shelter, her future became uncertain until Misfit Felines stepped in to help. Fumble lives with epilepsy, but with medication she enjoys a nearly normal life. She takes phenobarbital twice daily and keppra three times daily (or once a day with a time-release capsule), all easily given in canned food, and these medications are relatively inexpensive. It’s important to have her bloodwork checked every 6 to 12 months to ensure her medication is properly dosed. Fumble is accustomed to living with other cats and should do well with a proper introduction. She is spayed, microchipped, FeLV/FIV negative, and vaccinated. After adoption, you can receive a special package of goodies valued around $100 at one or both of our pet store partners. Misfit Felines Inc is a foster-based rescue, and all cats, including Fumble, are cared for in loving foster homes. The first step towards meeting her is to submit an adoption application.
