I’m Jack, a former street savvy boy that’s finally figured out I’m meant for the sweet life indoors and I’m happy to tell you all about it. Loudly. Every time I see you. My foster mom says that I came with the house she bought five years ago but I resisted all of her attempts to trap or charm me inside until a few months ago, despite letting her feed, pet, snuggle, and pick me up almost since the first day we met. I’ve been in my fair share of fights and have the scars (and missing teeth) to prove my street cred, but that’s all behind me. The only battle I’m interested in now is for your attention, so put down whatever is in your hands and pet me - especially my nose. I just want to flop on your lap and purr or make biscuits while you pet me. Say good bye to YOUR personal space bubble, it’s OUR personal space bubble now. I am fixed, vaxxed, FIV+ and would do best as the only cat in the home, though I am generally unbothered by other cats, dogs, kids, and strangers. I have all of my claws but I only use them for toys, I’m not interested in tearing up your furniture. I don’t love getting my nails trimmed, but I’m getting more patient and less fidgety each time. I eat well, took to my litter boxes immediately, and have never had an accident.
