Introducing the fabulous Tiger! 🐅 This handsome 6-7 month old Dachshund mix is just waiting for a kindred spirit to come scoop him up. He strutted into rescue life as a light 10 lbs stray and is currently flourishing at 14 lbs. Once he’s fully healthy, he’ll be around 15-16 lbs of pure joy and snuggles! ✨ Now, let’s talk about Tiger’s story, shall we? There’s a sprinkle of mystery with our dear friend. It seems like he might have had a rough start, possibly left in a pen outside without proper care. 🥺 He arrived with flat feet from being confined too long, but look at him now! He’s a resilient little adventurer ready to take on the world, one wet dog food treat at a time! 😋 When he first meets new people, Tiger can be a tad cautious—who can blame him after what he’s been through? However, if you’ve got treats in hand, you bet he’ll be your best friend in no time! With just a whisper of patience and a bit of delicious motivation, it took him only 30 minutes to charm his foster mom over some tasty grub! 🍽️ Tiger enjoys the company of his fellow furry friends, regardless of their size—big or small, they're all his pals! He loves to romp around and play but may take a little time to warm up and reveal his delightful personality. It’s all about those “firsts” for him, and we believe he’s soaking up every new experience like a pro! 🎉 While we haven’t had the chance to see how he interacts with kids or cats, we're more than happy to conduct those tests—because who doesn't want to see the magic unfold? 🐾 Currently, he’s crate trained and sleeps serenely in his crate at night and when his foster mom is away. That’s right, this little dreamer has already mastered the art of crate cuddles! 💤 As for energy, our buddy Tiger is beautifully balanced with a moderate energy level—he's not just a couch potato! He’s doing wonderfully with his potty training, showing that he’s both smart and eager to please. 🧠 Oh, and here’s a little update! Tiger is scheduled to be neutered in the first week of January and will be ready to find his forever home on or after January 8th. Is that not just the best news?
