About Brea
Brea is a 9-year-old hound mix with floppy lab ears and a long greyhound tail. Her short, caramel and cream fur is soft and doesnāt shed much. Even though sheās a senior, sheās still energetic and loves to keep up on walks and probably short hikes, too. She knows all the essentialsāsit, shake, down, comeāand sheās fully house trained. Brea is reliable in the home and can handle stairs and getting into the car by herself. She loves stuffed toys (sometimes for the purpose of destroying them), enjoys a good game of tug, and when sheās tired out, sheād rather nap on her bed or the couch than cuddle up close. Brea needs to be your only pet. She isnāt cat friendly and doesnāt get along well with other dogs. Sheās crate trained, though she prefers having the house to herself when left alone. Sheās affectionate on her own terms and likes a bit of space rather than constant couch cuddles. Brea is good with people, but because she can be strong and enthusiastic, homes with small children should be cautious unless the kids are experienced with big, loving dogs. Sheāll let you know when she wants attention, but sheās independent, honest, and ready to be someoneās companion. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
