I am a sweet, gentle lady who has recently come to the shelter. My past life wasn’t bad at all—in fact, I have many wonderful memories with my previous owner. I lived a bit of a nomad life and got to see the world in ways many dogs never do. I traveled alongside my person everywhere we went, and even though life wasn’t always easy, I was very loved. My owner did their very best to take care of me, making sure I was fed and got my medical needs met—so don’t worry, I’m still fat and happy! Unfortunately, that lifestyle eventually became too hard for them to keep up with, and that’s how I ended up here at the shelter. Because I was the only dog for such a long time, that’s what I really prefer. I enjoy having my people all to myself and would love a calm home where I can soak up love, comfort, and stability.
