About Galena
Galena is a one-year-old Patterdale Terrier mix surrendered at a vet's office due to a housing restriction, but she’s handled the upheaval with solid resilience. She’s quick on the uptake, already knows how to sit and shake, and her short black and cream coat always looks neat. Despite healing from an injury to her front leg, it hardly slows her down—she’s still perfectly mobile. Galena arrived underweight, having missed more meals than any dog should. With some patience and care, she’s learning to trust that food comes regularly now. Once she relaxes, she’s an affectionate cuddler who likes to snuggle against you for comfort and warmth. Galena gets along well with other dogs, making her a good fit for multi-pet households. She’s already spayed, current on vaccinations, and has completed house training.
