This affectionate Boxer mixed breed is a young male with a beautiful short brown, black, and white coat. He’s considered medium-sized and is house trained, making him a wonderful fit for many homes. Huxley is already neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, and his friendly personality is sure to brighten any family. He is currently at the Humane Society of Preble County.

Once shy, he’s discovered that asking for attention brings lots of love and affection, and he’s quickly learning how rewarding it is to interact with people who care. Huxley is affectionate and eager to bond with his family. Although he didn’t know about leashes in his early months, he’s making great progress mastering walks and is becoming comfortable with this new skill. At about 58 lbs, he is the perfect companion for a family ready to give him attention and patience as he builds confidence. Huxley will thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can safely play and explore.
