About Atlas

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Atlas! He is a 2-year-old Husky mix who weighs about 45 pounds. Atlas is a handsome fellow with a sensitive nature. After being abandoned and tied to a tree, he is still learning to trust new people and adjust to new surroundings. However, once he gets to know you, Atlas becomes a sweet and snuggly companion who loves to be close to his favorite people. He may not be the adventurous type or eager to explore outside his comfort zone, but around those he trusts, he showers them with love. Atlas absolutely adores other dogs and truly thrives when he can have a canine friend to boost his confidence. Because he is so social with his canine pals, Atlas would do best in a home with another dog who can be his steady companion. Due to his sensitive personality, he would be best suited to a home with children ages 13 and up who can allow him space as he adjusts and builds comfort. Think you are the one?
