About Jeremy Scoots

Jeremy Scoots is a striking black and white tuxedo who spent his early years surviving on the streets. Life outside left him with a healed hind leg injury—he still walks with a bit of a wobble, but don't let that fool you: Jeremy has no problem climbing, jumping, or moving around when he's motivated. He's also had several teeth removed due to prior dental disease, but none of this stops him from enjoying his meals and doling out head bunts to the people he trusts. Though a bit shy at first, Jeremy Scoots comes out of his shell with a slow, gentle approach and the lure of a Churu treat. Head scritches are his weakness, and once comfortable, his affectionate side shines through. He thrives best in calm homes without young kids or dogs. With the right, gradual introduction, Jeremy does well with other cats. He is FIV+, but that doesn’t get in the way of living a full, healthy life, and you’re welcome to ask about how easy it is to accommodate. Jeremy is ready for a steady home where he can enjoy cozy naps, companionship, and the safe life he missed out on before. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
