About Buddy Ray
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Buddy Ray is a resilient and loving 1-year-old pit/boxer mix who’s on the search for a forever family. Having faced tough beginnings, he has chosen to trust and shower people with his loyal affection. Rescued after being abandoned, he’s blossomed into a sweet, eager-to-please companion who never fails to express his gratitude in the form of boundless love. This handsome guy weighs around 45 pounds and stands about two feet tall at the shoulder. He’s neutered, fully vaccinated, and kept healthy with regular heartworm prevention. Buddy Ray remains a playful puppy at heart, always ready to run and burn off energy, especially when surrounded by other dogs—he particularly enjoys the company of larger, playful dogs who appreciate his exuberant style. In addition to his playful spirit, Buddy Ray is very smart and responds well to training and attention. Indoors, he does well and is house trained, though like any young dog, accidents can happen if left unattended for too long. His interactions with cats are unknown. Buddy Ray thrives on love and would benefit from a home with a family who can provide consistent guidance, affection, and, ideally, a playful canine companion. His future home will be carefully chosen to ensure he's never left behind again. Are you ready to give this wonderful boy the loving and stable home he’s been waiting for?
