Meet Monty 🤍 Six years old and the perfect mix of Boxer and Pit, Monty is loyal to a fault and proudly emotionally available. If you have ever wanted a shadow who also doubles as your biggest fan, Monty is your guy. Monty is what we lovingly call a Velcro dog. He bonds deeply to his person and takes that responsibility very seriously. His love language is proximity. Couch time, walks together, quietly supervising you while you cook, fold laundry, or scroll your phone. If you move, he moves. If you sit, he sits closer. He thrives in calm, predictable environments where routine and structure are part of daily life. When expectations are clear and life feels steady, Monty absolutely shines. He is affectionate, attentive, and deeply connected to his people. This is a dog who will look at you like you hung the moon. Monty is searching for an experienced and committed home. He would do best as an only dog, though he may be successful with a carefully matched, confident dog who is similar in size or larger. He does prefer dogs bigger than him. No cats and no small dogs for this handsome guy. In return for the right home, Monty offers unwavering loyalty, devotion, and a lifetime of being your most dedicated sidekick. If you are ready for a best friend who takes love seriously, Monty is ready for you 🤍
