About Lucky Jackson
Lucky Jackson is a 2-year-old, 70 lb Hound/Boxer mix with tan, white, and black in his coat. His path hasn’t been easy—he’s lost two homes, both times for reasons beyond his control. First, a family had to let him go, then another heartbreak followed them losing their housing. Through all of it, Lucky’s spirit remains unbroken. He’s gentle, endlessly loving, loyal, and always ready to greet someone with a happy tail wag. People and kids are his favorite, and there’s no shortage of affection coming from this guy. Lucky matches medium energy with plenty of joy—he’s up for backyard games, long walks, or hikes, but when it’s time to wind down, he’s happy to snuggle. With professional training under his belt, he knows his commands, walks politely on leash, and shows off his smarts by picking up new tricks quickly. He takes treats with an easy, gentle touch and is just as well-behaved in the car as he is at home. Lucky gets along well with other dogs and thrives with active families who want an adventure partner. He’d love a fenced yard but ultimately needs a stable, loving home more than anything else. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, house- and crate-trained, Lucky is ready to start fresh and bring joy and loyalty to his forever family. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
