He is house trained and currently resides at New Nodaway Humane Society. Although not yet altered, Ashton is eager to find a loving family who appreciates his playful and gentle nature.

Ashton was surrendered due to housing circumstances, but his affectionate and playful personality shines through. He’s both active and gentle, always eager for a game of fetch or some fun roughhousing—picture the joy he’ll bring into your household! Though he sometimes feels anxious when left alone and has a few fears, Ashton is housebroken and crate trained, which makes him a wonderful companion. You’ll appreciate his good manners—he knows how to ‘sit’ and enjoys car rides, always excited to join you on new adventures. Ashton gets along very well with women, other dogs, and cats, though he may need a little patience to warm up to men. It’s a great opportunity to show him what lasting trust and friendship look like. Ashton is looking for a loving home that will let him thrive, play, and share his lively spirit.
