Cecil is a 1-year-old Pit Bull mix with the most striking, unique eyes — one blue and one green — and a personality just as special. This sweet boy has a playful spark and a loving nature that makes him a joy to be around. Cecil is still new to the shelter, so we’re getting to know him, but so far he’s shown himself to be affectionate and eager for attention.
