About Stark

They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Stark! This handsome 3-year-old Pit Bull Terrier/Labrador Retriever mix is a striking boy with a black and white coat and a heart as big as his playful spirit. Weighing in at 70 lbs, Stark came to the shelter as a stray, and while staff are still getting to know him, it's already clear he’s eager for a fresh start with a loving family. Stark is full of energy and joy, always ready for playtime and new adventures. With his size and enthusiasm, Stark is best suited to a home with older children who can help guide him as he masters his basic manners. Early shelter observations also suggest that he may enjoy the company of another dog. Before joining his new family, Stark will be neutered, microchipped, and given a rabies vaccine—he’s already tested negative for heartworm and Lyme disease, so he’ll be ready for a happy, healthy future with you.
