About Memphis
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Memphis is a striking brown tabby kitten with classic stripes, rescued with her mother and siblings from outdoor hardships. Since coming into the care of a loving foster home, she has bloomed with daily progress—her shyness makes her a little reserved at first, but as she finds her comfort, her gentle and sweet nature shines through. Although initially moody, Memphis now welcomes chin scratches, gentle pets, and playtime when she feels secure. She especially cherishes cozying up with fellow cats, quietly relishing affection and soft attention when the mood strikes her. Memphis is currently enjoying her days in a bright kitten room surrounded by feline friends, but is hoping for a patient, peaceful forever home where she can continue building her confidence at her own pace. Due to her sensitive nature, she’ll thrive best with adopters who can offer calm and understanding companionship. Born on August 22, she’s a Virgo—a sign known for its gentle and observant ways, making her a perfect choice for a compassionate family seeking a subtle yet rewarding bond. All cats in the program are thoroughly vet-checked, spayed or neutered, and receive vaccinations; adoption includes helpful extras like a starter pack and support. Kittens are preferred to be adopted in pairs, and in-person meetings at the shelter, located within 150 miles of Cincinnati, are required. Memphis is ready to find a loving family and share her one-of-a-kind charm. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
