Her name is Dondi, and we think she is just dandy as a beautiful grey tortoiseshell with unique markings and a lovely demeanor. Dondi came in adopted from STAF as kitten, but returned because her owner was no longer able to care for her. Since her return, we learned that Dondi has mild cardiomyopathy, for which she takes daily medication (detailed information provided by STAF Adoption Team member). Dondi is sweet, friendly, and while low-key, she is very engaged with our volunteers and the kittymates in her beautiful room. She would do well in a home with another gentle pet or as a one-and- only, to be spoiled and cherished. Dondi enjoys gentle pets, quiet conversations, and lounging in a cozy bed. She's not really the adventurous type, unless there is a lap or cozy bed nearby, and she would make a lovely addition to a warm and loving home. If you want the presence of a graceful girl with whom you can enjoy relaxing days, Dondi is a definite doll, and she will fit the bill! Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati.
